Yes. Our hair is ethically sourced from the Western regions of China. Little girls and women grow their hair and then sell it to pay for schooling and things in their daily lives. All women are left with a beautiful haircut and are paid top price since top quality hair is very expensive. Sofuri Hair is free from perms, bleaches, and color treatments when collected. All hair is virgin, cuticle intact hair when collected.

To achieve the colors created the hair goes through a sanitation process and then a slow, gentle color bath. This ensures your cuticles are intact leaving the hair to be top quality for a year or more.

This is why we sell only to licensed stylists as you know your clients hair best. Depending on how fast your clients hair grows, maintenance can average between 6-10 weeks.

Yes, our 100% human hair extensions can be colored. We recommend staying within 2 shades darker and always performing a strand test. We advise against lightening the hair just to keep the cuticle intact as much as possible.

We stand behind our quality. If you receive defective extensions, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace defective extensions for you as long as there has not been any cutting, coloring, done to the extensions and they are in the same condition as when you received them.

Store extensions in their original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep them in a drawer or cabinet to prevent dust accumulation. Proper storage maintains quality for up to 2 years.
